FAQ

  • I want to book with Make up by Marissa , now what.
Contact us via our website, email, or phone to check availability and discuss your needs. Once confirmed, we will guide you through the booking process, including securing your date with a deposit and confirming the details.
  • How do I prepare for my appointment?
On the day of your appointment, having a clean face is highly appreciated. (Please no moisturizer). If this is a trial, bring inspiration photos. Please keep in mind that professional photos are airbrushed and edited; if possible, find photos that are unedited. I always recommend wearing light neutrals like white so you can see how your makeup will look on your wedding day. On the day of your wedding or special event, bring a lip color you will wear throughout the day so you can touch up as needed. If you’re not sure of the color, I can always suggest one that will look lovely.
  • How long will my appointment take?
Appointment times vary based on the services requested. Typically, makeup takes about 60 minutes, and hair styling takes about 60-90 minutes.
